Key Responsibilities
* Welcome patients with a warm, personable demeanor and ensure a comfortable experience.
* Assist the dentist during a variety of chairside clinical procedures.
* Take high-quality digital radiography.
* Digital scan/Impressions
* Utilize Eaglesoft software for accurate charting, scheduling, and digital record-keeping is a big plus.
* Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments, equipment, and operatories.
* Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene with clear, friendly communication.
Qualifications & Skills
* Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* 1–3 years of clinical experience (semi-experienced candidates strongly encouraged).
* Hands-on experience or familiarity with Eaglesoft* and NOMAD X-ray systems.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a charismatic, customer-first mindset.
* High level of reliability, punctuality, and teamwork ethic.
* Spanish speaking a big plus!
