I am 41, live in Clovis, and I have been turning wrenches on powersports and motorcycles since I was 15.
I was the head mechanic at Offroad Powersports, Clovis Motorsports, SNS Cycle, and DNS Cycle.
I'm now offering mobile powersports and motorcycle mechanic work in Fresno County starting after November 4th.
I follow the book for every job; all torque specs, procedures, and processes. No job has ever came back.
If your dirt bike, ATV / quad, snowmobile, moped, or motorcycle is broken or won't run, I will fix it properly the first time.
Please read the following 4 items before contacting me:
(1) I will not work on: boats, PWC (jet skis or seadoos), UTVs (side-by-sides), electric bikes, or electric scooters.
(2) I do not work on: off-brand anything. Major brand names only = Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, KTM, Husqvarna, Gas-Gas, Polaris, Beta, Harley-Davidson, BMW, and Ducati.
(3) I do not work in the sun, in the dirt, in a field, or in your driveway. Make sure you have a garage, barn, storage shed, or covered space that is out of the elements. Carports are ok as long as the ground is cement or pavement.
(4) I have a single member LLC that this runs under, I am insured, and I will come to your location.
Rates & process:
Step 1: Diagnosis: $75 - this includes me coming to your location and inspecting the vehicle and determining what the actual issue is and what parts and labor will be required to fix it properly. Note: the diagnosis fee is waved if you request a specific jobs that does not require a diagnosis; an oil change, change a tire, swap a chain, etc. Otherwise, you can pay the diagnosis fee in cash or with credit or debit card on my website.
Step 2: Order the parts. $TBD - You are to order and supply all of the parts before any work starts. I will not buy parts for your vehicle and then hope you pay me back for them. If you need help ordering parts, during the diagnosis or before a specific job request, I'll tell you exactly what parts to order. If you need even more help with that, then during the diagnosis or before a specific job request, we can order them together on a laptop to make sure you order the correct parts the 1st time or I can email you a list of links for you to order when it is convenient.
Step 3: Agree to the quote and sign the paperwork. I only quote by the job, not by the hour. If you agree to the quoted rate and would like me to do the work, then I will send you a DocuSign for you to sign a legally-binding service workorder that states quote with the terms and conditions.
Step 4: Book the job. After you have the parts and signed the service workorder, set up a day and time that works for you to have me complete the job. My time is in high demand, so if you book a job with me, make sure you do not cancel or reschedule. Canceling or rescheduling will result in making the next time available 30-60 days out, and will increase the service fee by $75 (as stipulated in the terms and conditions).
Step 5: Pay for the job. You will pay me the rate quoted after the job is completed as specified on the service workorder. Payment is to be made immediately when the job is completed. Cash is preferred, otherwise you can pay by credit or debit card on my company website.
