The spa is currently filled, heated and operational. All jets work, the heater works properly, and the controls are functioning. I also have video showing the spa and jets operating.
This gives a buyer the opportunity to see that everything is working before purchasing.

CONDITION
The interior shell is in good condition and the spa is mechanically working well.
There is cosmetic wear and damage to portions of the exterior cabinet. The previous retractable spa cover became waterlogged and its weight eventually caused damage around the areas where the cover-lift brackets were mounted.
We removed the cover-lift brackets and currently use the spa cover without attaching it to the cabinet. The original brackets are included if the new owner decides to purchase a new compatible cover/lift system.
The cabinet damage is shown clearly in the photos. We want the condition to be completely transparent before someone comes to see it.
BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL
We cannot move or deliver the spa.
Buyer is 100% responsible for disconnecting, removing, and transporting the spa from our backyard, including providing the people, equipment and/or professional spa movers needed.
A serious buyer should inspect the backyard access before finalizing the purchase so they can determine the appropriate removal method.
Located in the Fresno/Clovis area.
Asking $3,000 OBO.
