if you went to the recycling yard in Roanoke/ Vinton, check and see if you have your picture Identification? I was there today "Wensday" and they had 3 cards. I lost one myself yrs ago and it was a pain to get one from DMV, especially being born in a different State. Don't message me just look and check.
