1999 Softail Custom. I won't respond to text messages. -Phone calls only.- This bike looks, sounds amazing, it's just getting broken-in and drives great with no leaks. It's been meticulously maintained & spent most of its life in heated storage. She's still rockin her original Cobalt Blue paint. This bike has over $2,000 worth of performance and visual enhancements: it has a Harley-Davidson Screamin' Eagle stage 1 high flow air cleaner kit which increases airflow to the EVO motor increasing engine performance, allowing higher horsepower and torque when paired with free or flowing exhaust pipes. It has the go-to Mikuni HSR42 (42MM Smoothbore, Flat-side; highly adjustable carburetor). Combined with the drag pipes you see another 13 horsepower increase. She has Samson straight drag pipes/Slash-cut/shotgun unbaffled, direct-flow exhaust tubes adding 20 - 25% total boost and 4 extra horses with strong boost in low-to-midreange torque. It has an aftermarket rear luggage rack as well, and custom Mustang seating with 2-way adjustable backrests. The new seat is taller and wider for long highway cruising. There's also an add-on quick release windshield and leather windshield accessory bag for goggles, gloves etc... She has mini-floorboards, mini tail- lights, custom grips, the eyebrow on the headlight, chrome licenseplate frame; pluss the add-ons I've forgotten to list. I've added cruise control for speed locking which saves you from speeding tickets and a crampbuster to take pressure off the wrist. It has 34 degree forks and tall spoked front wheel for that raked chopper look. It features a wide double-bob fuel tank with added right-side locking gas cap so you don't have to unlock the cap to fuel up yet they can't steal more than half of your gas at a time. A second locking cap would make it so they couldn't touch any of your gas but you have to unlock every time you fuel up. The tires are in good shape. With only half of the seat installed, the bike takes on more of a bobber look. Add it back and invite your favorite rider. This particular model year is highly sought after because it came from the factory with many of the chrome extras people spend thousands dressing up their bikes with, plus so much has been added as well. This screamer is ready to go and runs like a raped ape! This is the last year for the single overhead cam EVO motor which makes it very reliable and easier to maintain than the dual-cam design that came next. Remember: No texts ...phone calls only.
