This is the perfect sofa for a man cave, basement, sports room, media room, game room, rental property, or family room.

The sleeper has been upgraded with a new memory foam mattress that has a zippered washable cover and is far more comfortable than the original sofa bed mattress and has only been used ONE time with linens for a guest.
The leather shows normal wear consistent with age and use, but the sectional is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of life left.
Bonus: I recently purchased a Furniture Clinic leather restoration and conditioning kit (pictured) because I planned to freshen up the leather, but I’ve decided to sell the sectional instead. The unopened kit is included at no extra charge with the purchase.
Selling because I moved and it’s too small for the space
