This spectacular, sunny and bright 3-level beach house is available for an off season lease from NOW - June 30, 2027! The exact date the lease ends is flexible and can be in May or June 2027. $2,000/month. All furniture, appliances, and linens included SO YOU CAN MOVE RIGHT IN AND ENJOY THE OCEAN VIEW AND RELAXING STROLLS ON THE BEACH!!! We are looking for someone who would like to rent the house for the ENTIRE time from NOW through June 2027.

It has 3 Bedrooms, which includes 1 queen and 4 twin beds and it accommodates 6 people. 2 indoor full bathrooms: one full bath has a shower stall and the 2nd bath is a combination tub/shower. There is a 3rd private outdoor hot shower for when the weather is warm.

Kitchen has everything (dishes, silverware, glassware, dish towels, pots, potholders, etc.) and it also has a dishwasher, microwave, single-cup coffee maker, electric stove, refrigerator. The main floor has a new ultra-efficient (he) washing machine and dryer and a vacuum cleaner. Garage is attached to the house and accommodates 2 cars. Electric garage door opener too.
