Warehouse Associate – Full-Time
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our commercial bakery operation in Clifton, NJ. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well with others, and can stay organized and productive in a busy production environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare customer orders by selecting, checking, and packaging products
Organize completed bakery items onto pallets for storage or delivery
Use packaging and production equipment according to safety guidelines
Help with various bakery and warehouse duties throughout the day
Follow workplace procedures and directions from supervisors
Keep work areas clean, orderly, and ready for production
Dispose of waste and help with routine cleanup
Maintain safe work practices while meeting production needs
Assist coworkers and contribute to overall team productivity
What We’re Looking For
Dependable, responsible, and attentive to detail
Strong work ethic and a cooperative attitude
Able to regularly lift and handle items weighing up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable working in a busy, physically active environment
Able to communicate in English and/or Spanish
Warehouse, fulfillment, food production, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus
No extensive experience required — on-the-job training is available
Employment Requirements
Must reside within roughly a 10-minute commute of Clifton, NJ
Valid Social Security card is required
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Pay & Benefits
$18.00 per hour to start
Full-time, Monday–Friday employment
