As a member of our warehouse and production team, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift, palletizing finished products, and ensuring products are properly organized and prepared for storage and shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
- Move finished products and materials throughout the facility efficiently and safely.
- Palletize finished products accurately and securely for storage and delivery.
- Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets according to company standards.
- Load and unload products and materials as directed.
- Pick and stage finished products for orders and shipment.
Verify product quantities and ensure pallets are properly prepared for delivery.
- Maintain organized storage areas and keep aisles and work areas clear.
- Follow forklift operating procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any safety or equipment concerns.
- Assist with general warehouse, production, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team and assist other departments when required.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
