Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of our Production Bakery team, you will play an important role in producing, packaging, and preparing our bakery products for customers. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to food safety, quality, and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate bakery production and packaging lines safely and efficiently.
- Learn to operate and assist with production and packaging equipment.
- Package finished bakery products accurately while maintaining quality standards.
- Pick, prepare, and organize finished products for customer orders and shipment.
- Assist with daily bakery production activities and support smooth line operations.
- Monitor products and packaging to ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bakery production environment.
- Remove trash and perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties as needed.
- Follow company policies, food safety guidelines, sanitation requirements, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other production areas when needed.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
