This is a private room with a single bed, desk, lamp, and small wardrobe closet. All utilities and wifi included. You will also have use of bed sheets, blankets, towels, etc. You get full access to the kitchen as well as kitchen cabinet and refrigerator/freezer space and free use of Washing machine and laundry soap (no dryer-we hang our clothes to dry here). You will have full access to most of the entire home.
You will work 5-6 hours per week keeping the house clean. You will clean the house once per week. Occasionally you will assist with other tasks and duties inside and outside the house, scheduled at your convenience. You can have a job outside the home as long as the cleaning of the home is prioritized.
NO SMOKERS, NO Vaping, No excessive Alcohol consumption and NO DRUG USE! NO PETS, NO Drama, NO deadbeats, NO deals or trades, NO disrespectful people.
