Landmark Smokehouse is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher / Utility Team Member to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout each shift.
Responsibilities:
Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout the shift
Receive, organize, and put away restaurant deliveries and supply orders
Clean and maintain designated areas throughout the restaurant
Sweep, mop, and perform routine deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
Empty trash and maintain waste areas
Assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organization
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Work with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams as needed
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping their workspace clean, can work independently, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move restaurant supplies and deliveries as needed.
