Frame size: Seat tube c-t 46cm, Top tube c-c 56cm. For reference I'm 5'9" with a long torso and 30" inseam, and this fits me comfortably given the long top tube in 90s mountain bike frames.
Price: $400 firm, can include Manivelle front basket for $75 additional
This is priced based on component value alone — the Paul hubs, Sugino Crankset, and White Industries ENO freewheel cog already total ~$300+. The frame and rest of the build are essentially bonus. Not looking for haggling; priced fairly for a quick sale to someone who appreciates quality.

Single-speed setup: White Industries ENO freewheel cog (~$130 alone) — precision machined, runs smooth, easy to maintain
Drivetrain: Sugino crankset — Japanese engineering, proven reliability
Pedals: MKS — classic, durable, great platform
