We’re a fast-growing, reputable bathroom remodeling company serving the Tampa Bay Area, and we’re looking to grow our in-house install team.

If you're tired of chasing down inconsistent jobs, working with disorganized crews, or buying your own materials — this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

👷 What You’ll Do:
Install tile or acrylic systems in residential bathrooms

Handle full-scope remodel installs: flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, waterproofing, leveling, and finishing

Work on local projects only — no long drives or out-of-town travel

Focus on the install — our support team handles materials, scheduling, and communication

✅ What You Need:
2+ years of experience in tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone) or acrylic installation

Skilled in waterproofing, mud pans, backer board, and clean finishing work

Reliable transportation to and from our shop

Pride in your work, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset

Comfortable speaking professionally with customers while in the home

💰 What We Offer:
Consistent, year-round work — we keep our crews busy

Pay based on experience and performance

Company truck, tools, and all materials provided

A drama-free, organized team that’s got your back

A chance to grow with a company that values quality work and good people
