Furnished room, no private bathroom. $225 weekly rent, $225 deposit, $225 last week's rent, so $675 is due at move in then rent of $225 is due the following week and every week. Single locking bedroom in 3 bedroom shared back house apartment. Please you must be a SINGLE and EMPLOYED to apply. The other two tenants are men ages 52 and 39.

The apartment is around the back of the main home where the owner lives, the owner's part of the house is totally separately from the tenants. The tenant apt has a shared bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer. Patio/yard and smoking OUTSIDE. The whole house needs remodeling, it is NOT pretty: it is an 82 year old house, not modern, not upscale, sort of ugly, but liveable. The men who live there now are not the neatest. EVERYTHING included in your rent: water, electric, garbage, internet, gas, netflix (no cable). Street parking, no on site parking.

Near downtown Clearwater. Bus station is 8 blocks away, bus stop is right outside the house. 10 minute drive to the beach. Jolly Trolley runs near this house. Popular Uber area, you never wait long for Uber or Lyft. You can walk to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, Dollar Stores.
