I’m looking for a one man army or a tag team duo to come knock out as much General scope work as possible on the plan. This would include: Roofing repair/replace, soffit/fascia, sub flooring and new laminate flooring, Drywall repair and finish work, plumbing prep or installation for Plumber, ADA ramp and other finish work.
Complete bids are seriously all over the place so I’m just scoping this out as gig and project work, leaving final specialties to required licensed people. You must have a valid license to do contracting work in Pinellas, And be prepared to sign on under MBP Construction open permit.
I’m sure everyone wants to meet at the Property, which is fine, I plan to be there every day in the upcoming weeks. Get back to me with your detail details of what scope you can do (and I don’t care about paint), Along with your agreed position on rate payable; daily or weekly in arrears.
I’ve also got a walk-through video of everything outside of an inside of the property. You can watch in three minutes and know what you are looking at beforehand. I’ve been poking at this project for several years and I’m prepared to do it for the right price, haven’t been able to make it add up so far.
