Join a professional/dedicated group of people who are focused on provided exceptional customer service. We manage self storage properties across Florida. We are seeking individuals/working couples to work in at beautiful self storage locations.
Job Requirements:
* Mid-Level - Not a "first job" position. We are seeking seasoned staff members who have worked in property leasing, hospitality, and accounting positions.
* Computer Proficiency - Must be able to type 25 WPM (will have a typing test to confirm qualifications). Must be able to communicate with email, use property management software (after extensive training).
* Communication Skills - Must be able to answer the phone and email, to discuss the location's amenities with potential clients.
* Walking/Showing Units - Must be able to walk/lift single car garage doors to show prospective clients units.
* Working Shifts - Our stores are open 7 DAYS PER WEEK. Our shifts usually incluide Tuesday through Saturday, and Saturday through Tuesday. Office hours: M-F 9 am to 6 pm, Sat 9 am to 5 pm, Sun 10 am to 2 pm.
* Other Amenities - Paid Time Off, with some locations providing living quarters (apartment) as part of the compensation package. Not all locations have living quarters.
Our locations include Clearwater, Largo, New Port Richey, Spring Hill, & Jacksonville FL locations.
