Maintenance Skills & Responsibilities:
Qualified candidate should have knowledge and hands-on experience with:
-Door and lock adjustments
-Toilet repairs and rebuilds, including replacing fill valves, flappers, and internal components
-Minor plumbing repairs
-Basic electrical troubleshooting
-HVAC service awareness and general troubleshooting
-Drywall patching and repairs
-Flooring repairs and replacement
-Window replacement and screen repair
-Exterior maintenance and cleanup
-Safe use of hand tools and power tools
-General property maintenance and repair tasks
-Turnover / make-ready services for rental units
Clean background and reliable transportation
Regular property inspections of units, common areas, and exterior grounds
Identifying maintenance needs and ensuring safety standards are met
Responding to after-hours emergency maintenance calls when needed
Preferred Experience
Prior maintenance, property management, apartment maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or handyman experience preferred. Candidate should be dependable, able to work independently, communicate clearly, and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
