My water bill is a thousand dollars. The city knew there was a leak but did not contact me for a long time. I cannot afford to pay a thousand dollars for the repair and also pay for the water bill. I need someone who can find the leak. You may need tools or something. One guy came over but could not find the leak, but he mostly just listened.
