I am looking for a clean and responsible person to rent my Fully furnished spare bedroom. Preferably female.but will accept male. the unit is $1000 a month. payments by weekly of $500 on the 1st and the 15Th. I am willing to a small negotiation. includes. water, electric, new washer and dryer in house and Wifi, I am a 41 year old female. I am no longer working. I need a lever transplant, I live off of SSDI but it is not enough, you would have full use of the entire house. I am very easy going. Some would say a people person. I do have three small dogs all under ten pounds.
