I labeled the condition as "good", but only because it has paint and scratches on it. Very sturdy as it has a wide base. I bought it mainly so I could get as close to the palm branches I would cut down in the back of my house. I stood on the top platform, and used a pole saw, or pole chainsaw. It made it a little easier because the pole wasn't as long as when you do it from the ground, and easier to maneuver. I'm getting up in age, and standing on the top platform is not in my future anymore. It's the tallest ladder of its kind that I could find. It has wide stairs, tool tray, and grab bar at the top as the pictures show. I store it on the wall in my garage. $200 is a good price if you look around.
