We're looking for people who want more than just another job. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to train, advance, and grow with us long term.
Previous duct cleaning experience is preferred. However, if you have experience in HVAC, duct installation, restoration, mold remediation, insulation installation, or another related field, have strong attention to detail and a desire to learn, we will train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you will:
Inspect residential and commercial duct systems and explain findings professionally to customers
Clean air duct systems using specialized duct cleaning tools, equipment, and standard operating procedures
Remove, clean, and reinstall registers and vent covers
Protect customers' homes, furnishings, and property throughout the service
Leave work areas clean and organized when the job is complete
Support indoor air quality services, including antimicrobial and odor-control treatments when appropriate
Identify visible ductwork, airflow, or indoor air quality concerns
Take before-and-after photos and properly document completed work
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Work safely in attics, tight spaces, and Florida heat while following company procedures and safety requirements
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers throughout the entire service
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail
Respect for customers, their homes, and their property
A positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
Comfort working from ladders, in attics, and in confined spaces
Ability to perform physically demanding work in Florida conditions
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional longer days when needed
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to learn, improve, and follow company procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strong work ethic and pride in doing the job correctly
Experience in HVAC, duct installation, restoration, mold remediation, insulation installation, dryer vent cleaning, indoor air quality (IAQ), or another related field is a plus.
