Computer, Intel i5 14th gen, Rtx 4060 8gb, 16gb DDR4, 1TB nvme ssd - $700 (Pinellas)

The motherboard is new, CPU is used/open box, memory is new, NVME SSD is new, power supply is new, computer case is new, CPU cooler is new, video card is used, but it was cleaned down to board level, then old thermal paste cleaned and MX4 thermal paste reapplied properly, memory thermal pads okay.
PC was built and then stress tested and benchmarked all I/O tested then photos and bagged and tagged waiting for sale. Nice over all computer unit, all modular power supply all cables if not used, are stored in basement of computer (this way no chance on getting lost by mistake) buyer will get all boxes from parts, COA key, wi-fi and Bluetooth antennas and extra bits and pieces from build.
As with all my PCs for sale, I try to give the "best bang" for the buck, even when pc parts market is not doing so well. Use the links I provided down below or look up the parts on your own, add up the price, don't forget that sales tax charged and shipping on the parts see where your price is, if you're going to build it yourself. Then you have to build the pc, install Windows and test and if a issue comes up while testing or a bad/failing part, then you have to deal with returning or exchanging the part and re-testing.
I was just looking at current prices on parts used in the build, and they have gone up quite a bit, in the past week or so. My prices for complete desktops (I have a few PC up for sale here at craigslist) are quite a bit under parts retail, or even a prebuild. And this unit is being sold way under cost here on CL.
Or save money, time and stress, from the start, just buy one of my PC's already done, memory stress tested, CPU stress tested, GPU stress tested, SSD stress tested, then benchmarks with scores and those are provided in photo's.

Note: No personal data, never was, as this unit was purchased in parts with the intent to build and sell, only benchmarks and stress tests that can be removed once purchased by buyer and or just reset the PC and reinstall all the drivers again yourself.
I used Amazon and eBay and Newegg and Intel for links on parts, they have some nice photos of parts with some description and a decent price on some new items, and most have come from Amazon, Newegg.com, BestBuy, feel free to use them for information on the parts used in the build, and or buy your own parts and build your own if you choose, you may be able to save some money over my offered pc build.
