Have a small office property just outside of downtown Clearwater, zip 33756. I have lots of holes and spots in our stucco exterior, lots of drywall to patch interior, while still leaving electric scope. Looking for a one man army or a tag team duo.
Non-structural repair/replacement, soffit/fascia, sub flooring and new laminate flooring, etc.
Drywall repair and finish work, plumbing prep or installation for Plumber, ADA ramp and other finish work.
You must have a valid license to do contracting work in Pinellas, And be prepared to sign on under GC’s open permit.
