Owning property in Florida attracts friends, family or rental visitors and often you have limited space needed for them to stay. The room you work in, the room you work out in and the room your guests sleep in can often be the same room with custom made.
With the cost of everything these days, Motel, and Hotel rooms at $300 or more a night and hamburgers at $9.00 to $15.00 and more many people are interested in finding a way to accommodate those guests.
The problem is you may have the space, but it is not set up to solve the problems. We custom make what you need in the space you have and can usually save you money on mattresses we will deliver with our Bunk Beds.
Visitors look for bedrooms and bathrooms and do not need a lot of space for storage or cooking because guests mostly eat and stay out and renters will also pay more based on the number of sleeping spaces available.
We do not make cheap, poorly built bunk beds built with inferior wood material that you see online made with 1” x 4” material because they do not hold up to normal kid stuff or teenage horseplay. We build with 2” x 6” material that easily supports the horseplay and adults of all sizes, very important with rentals. We also include enough solid wooden slats which will support the mattresses so a box spring which involves additional cost and takes up a lot of space is not needed.
We will include delivery and setting up and we can include the mattresses to save you money.
If you are considering metal rather than wood, we can also quote the same great designs and colors if you wish.
