Come park YOUR Tiny Home on Lake Whatcom's waterfront! Water, septic and electrical hook-ups available. This is a very private spot with a gorgeous view of Lake Whatcom's south bay, nestled in the trees, with walkable access to the dock. Feel free to leave your paddleboard on the rack and take it out for a paddle at your leisure. We have hosted two tiny home residents over the last 5 years. Our first tenant bought land and moved his tiny house to it, and the second moved in with their partner and is now relocating their tiny home. Their departure is your opportunity! Our home is not far from the tiny home site but has significant elevation difference and several evergreen trees between one another so there are no sight lines between our home and this flat parking pad area. Collectively our land is approx. 5 acres. Rent is $1020/month
Tenant is responsible for their own electrical usage. Winter months could expect approx. $100/mo. The electrical cost will cover the cost to pump water to the tiny home, thus water is included in the electrical cost. Internet is included per the signal from our home, but is the tenant's responsibility to provide a booster system if desired, say if work from home or streaming service are priorities. The flat gravel area for the pad site plus the driveway and "fire pit" area total roughly 1,000 SF. Pets are welcome but note we have two outdoor cats that roam around the property. We'll be showing the parking spot to interested parties throughout the month of Oct. If you see this ad, it's still available. It will be pulled when a lease is finalized.
