I use this machine lightly.
My morning routine is about 10 -20 minutes to start my day.
Just a great routine to get yourself going.
Stored in my spare room but I'm changing up my fitness routine and working out in an unheated garage and I don't have the space for a rower.
I only use the monitor for time and crank up the music when I row.
It's a great heavy duty rower, should last a lifetime.
These are around $1500 new.
So $600 is a pretty good 👍.
You will need a truck to transport
It's roughly 92" long. I can stand it straight up in my bedroom with a standard size ceiling just over 92".
It's fairly heavy and I can assist you in loading but would also recommend you bring someone to help.
