1972 International Pickup 1210 · Truck · Driven 171,000 miles
This was my grandpa’s truck, he was a parts supervisor for International Harvester out of Seattle and bought the truck new and kept it in great shape.
It’s rear wheel drive, don’t know the engine size I know the engine was replaced sometime in the 80s but don’t know much beyond that. The odometer reads 71k but I assume that is 171k but doesn’t have the 6th digit.
It starts and runs but not drivable because of a transmission fluid leak. I just changed the engine oil and fuel filter. The brakes could probably be cleaned and serviced because they are touchy.
There are a couple of rust spots but definitely not throughout. The tailgate is dented and a small dent in the rear side. The hood is bent because the hinge spring needed lubricated. Winch bumper was stolen but the two supports are still in place. I have a replacement bumper for the same model.
