I'm an AirBnB host and I'm looking for a cleaning partner to manage our apartment.
We need a committed and reliable person who can go to the apartments by themselves, clean, wash/change the sheets and towels, take out the trash and make the place look presentable with hotel quality.
We offer 35,000 won per cleaning, payable at the beginning of each month.
It is part-time with no visa support. You should live in Seoul already.
You must be able to visit the apartments by yourself. All cleanings should be done between 11 am - 2 pm, but the work only takes about 2-3hours (so you will usually be done before 2pm). The estimated commitment is about 2-3 times per week but it varies with the schedule of when guests check in and check out. You should be available all days of the week.
