Clean reliable resident and standard poodle looking for rura rental in (Stevens county)

Hi their,
Im looking for a place for my dog and I. Rural Stevens County .trailor ,small house cabin or cottage.
My standard poodle is 5 years old. Really well behaved. I work with her daily.
I can pay 1,300. It would be awesome if someone wanted to trade sweat Equity For possibly some part in the rent.
I have about 10 years experience with residential maintenance. Tile,paint,finish work. Some electrical small ... and some plumbing.
And exterior is pretty much just caulking around windows and doors and exterior paint hardware removal replacement in small fencing/ Gates..
I love gardening.. anything outside until it snows. Then not as much.
Ive worked as a home health care provider. I let my license expire. So I don't have it. I love to cook and I know how to clean. Canning.
