I acquired this from an elderly neighbor ad this was his mother's. Probably from the early 1900's and made in either Japan or Korea. Appears to be made of zelkova which is an Asian elm. Very nice condition and a beautiful smaller piece. Measures 28 1/2 by 15 1/2 by 14. Some old damage to one lock and brass missing.
