Moving this weekend, need help lifting a fridge (Clarksville, TN)

I am moving this weekend and would like assistance loading the bed of my truck. I have straps to tie everything down, I'm just not very physically fit. I'll bring everything I need help with either outside or to the garage myself, I just need assistance moving it about 10-20ft. to my truck and lifting it into the bed, then securing the load. The heaviest thing I'm looking at lifting into the bed is a new refrigerator. Additionally, I'd like assistance carrying some personal equipment down stairs -- a table, three computer monitors, a computer, and a few totes of laundry and personal affects.
Looking to have this done today so I can leave tomorrow morning without having a family member drive 5 hours to assist me. The gig will be very short, probably it won't take more than an hour to get it all done, and I'm willing to pay $100 for the muscle.
For reference, the townhome I'm moving out of is by Walmart on Fort Campbell Blvd.
