Looking for someone with post-construction cleaning experience to clean drywall dust from an empty unfinished basement.

Exposed ceiling/joists and subfloor above, walls and concrete floor need to be thoroughly HEPA vacuumed. Must have your own HEPA vacuum/equipment.

Basement is empty and easy to work in. $200 budget, but open to a reasonable quote.
