Looking for an experienced roofer for ongoing residential repair work throughout the Orlando area.
Need someone reliable, experienced, and able to handle roof repairs without constant supervision.
Work may include:
• Shingle repairs and replacement
• Fascia and soffit repairs
• Roof leak diagnosis and repair
• Drip edge and flashing repairs
• Minor decking and wood replacement
• General residential roof repairs
• Emergency repair work as needed
Requirements:
• Prior roofing experience
• Reliable transportation
• Basic roofing tools
• Comfortable working on two story homes and pitched roofs
• Dependable and able to show up when scheduled
• Must provide clear before, during, and after photos
• Must communicate immediately if additional damage or problems are discovered
