Cisco specifies the 24 copper ports as 10/100/1000 Ethernet, so they will auto-negotiate at 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, or 1 Gbps.
And here's the really nice part...
The two SFP+ uplink ports can run at 10 Gigabit, not just 1 Gigabit. Cisco specifically says the SFP+ interfaces support both 10-Gigabit and Gigabit Ethernet.
So you've essentially got:
24 × 1Gb copper + 2 × 10Gb SFP+ + 2 × 1Gb SFP
That's a pretty respectable configuration for a small/medium network.
One important catch
The 24 copper ports are NOT PoE.
The 24TD is the non-PoE model.
Other things I like about the 24TD
It's a Catalyst 3650, so you're getting a proper managed enterprise Cisco switch rather than a basic unmanaged Gigabit switch.
