I have a NEW, NEVER used, still on the shipping pallet, North Bend 160-quart kettle with sifting table. Those who know North Bend, know it's the Cadillac of equipment. Both units are NSF approved. No problem passing any Health Department codes.
The kettle is 100% stainless steel construction, 12-gauge stainless on the lid, 14-gauge stainless on the oven box.
Includes propane tank regulator and gauge with 10' hose.
5" Heavy Duty wheels for transportation. Heavy Duty Spring assisted for easy dumping.
Weight 185 lb. The kettle measures 52.5" x 37" x 37"
The sifting table is 100% stainless steel construction, 18-gauge.
74-gallon capacity - 12 ft. cooling area.
One piece bin construction with 4,400 custom punched holes for sifting and cooling and includes 2 stainless steel catch pans that are easy to empty.
4 Casters included for easy transportation.
The table measures 37" x 49" x 35" high
