Hi, I have a 2008 Mini cooper s for sale. I just completed a tune up on this... and things got out of hand. I started with the timing chain replacement and also replaced the crank seal. new serpentine, vanos solenoid. removed and cleaned oil pan, new gasket, K&N oil filter and full synthetic 10w40. flushed drained antifreeze and filled with blue BMW antifreeze. changed all hoses to silicone teal green. all water hoses and turbo hoses, turbo noisemaker delete and silencer delete hoses all teal Hi flow glow the dark. I put a Kevlar wrapped Catless down pipe to a full stainless A.E.N Pipe and its on the loud side.. so i tried to quiet it down with a 350 horse 46.mm K-04 turbo with a a gtx9 Billet compressor wheel, and a high flow 9 blade turbine and a computer operated TURBOSMART Blow off valve. the K&N intake didnt fit so I built a custom polished intake to fit the 46mm turbo. it still fits the new K&N filter and housing. I also put a Big intercooler on it. new Denso plugs and new Bosch coils, Mass air flow sensor. turbo oil return line. fuel filter .New boost gauge. tires in great shape.
