Seeking info on two boat-related items:

1. Recommendation on Bullhead City boat mechanic that can raise my 4.3 OMC motor high enough to re-insert freeze plug behind motor mount (near fuel pump).

2. Recommendations on affordable outside boat storage in Bullhead City.

Thanks.
