I was born and raised in Vancouver and later spent time living in Hope and Mission before calling Chilliwack home. Living across the Fraser Valley has helped me connect with people from many walks of life. I enjoy helping others relax, recharge, and improve their well-being through foot reflexology.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography from University of the Fraser Valley and completed a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2026. During training, I have completed over 1000 hours of supervised clinical practicum, gaining hands-on experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and applying Traditional Chinese Medicine principles in a clinical setting.
This extensive clinical training included working with a wide range of concerns such as musculoskeletal discomfort, stress-related tension, digestive concerns, and general wellness support.
Specializing in Foot Reflexology, treatments focus on targeting reflex points and Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian pathways in the feet to help:

• Promote relaxation and recovery
• Support overall wellness and balance
Each treatment is tailored to individual needs using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles alongside modern anatomical understanding.
