Here is a great opportunity to get in to the retail resale revolution, Be your own boss of a thriving and highly regarded small business. Harrison Hot Springs Antiques is well situated in the village and easily accessible by foot or by vehicle. The current owners established the business five years ago and have lovingly brought it from "bare walls" to the point where it can now be successfully carried on by others. There is a strong clientele of repeat customers and the store is a vital part of the village during and outside of the busy tourist season. There is huge potential for growth here as this business has been built without the benefit of an on line presence. The store is fully stocked, with a wide ranging inventory of antiques, collectibles, native art, vinyl records, sports, tools, cameras, home decor, and much more. The sale includes inventory and the business. This is the only antique store in the Harrison Hot Springs/Agassiz area, but it can be adapted to other forms of retail/non retail ventures. The current owners can be available to assist the new owners in becoming familiar with the antique business, if required, including inventory source, pricing, etc. Retail opportunities in Harrison Hot Springs are rare. If retail resale and/or antiques interest you, this is a golden opportunity.
