My name is garvey peterson. I am 38 years old, male and looking for someone to move into my two bedroom apartment. The lease is month to month. Rent is 675 per person and the utilities are usually 100-150 ( usually higher during the summer). No deposit required.
A little about me
I work as an actor and writer. I enjoy listening to and playing music and video games. Drinking, smoking and eating socially.going out to trivia karoje and eating. Hanging out with friends and still having my own social life.
You should be a clean,responsible person who pays rent and utilities on time ( pretty basic stuff).
The room comes with a bed so if you need one, I can provide it. You are also welcome to plates, etc in the kitchen if needed as well.
