What's it all about: Maintain the sales lot, model homes and support field installation projects
involving property maintenance and light construction duties
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized and customer ready sales lot, office and model homes
Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding etc.
Sweep, vacuum and clean display homes
Remove trash and debris and construction materials
Use tools: leaf blowers and magnetic sweepers
Ensure walkways, display areas and customer spaces are safe
Maintenance:
Perform basic painting, minor repairs and general upkeep
Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety and appearance
Identify and report maintenance needs
Construction and Installation support:
Assist at customer home sites with setup and installations
Load/unload: tools, materials, equipment
General labor tasks
Maintain job site cleanliness
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Required:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Landscaping, maintenance, construction or general labor preferred
Ability to use tools, and lawn equipment
Able to lift and carry 50lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid DL, reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
