Established Chico Property Management business seeks Facility Maintenance Tech!

Full Time position 8am to 4:30pm
Wage: $22-$25/hr. to start
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Inspect and maintain facility equipment and systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Assist with painting, repairs, and other facility improvement projects.
- Identify maintenance issues and report any major repairs needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
Drug screen, background check and valid DL is required
