Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm with occasional Saturday hours as needed

Position Summary:
The Customer Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between customers, external technicians and contractors, internal teams, and the Service Manager. This role supports daily service operations by coordinating communication, scheduling, documentation, invoicing, and warranty processes to ensure efficient workflow and positive customer experience.
This position also supports the internal team with county permit processing, which may include driving to county offices to submit and retrieve home permits.
The ideal candidate is customer focused, highly organized, and comfortable working in a construction office environment. Experience in construction management, manufactured housing, or service coordination is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in a structured and extensive training period
Training will extend to include county permitting process and customer engagement
Once trained, serve as primary contact for calls, inquiries, service requests, and follow up
Professionally greet customers and assess service or warranty needs
Assist with coordination of service schedules between customers, technicians, and contractors
Track service requests, work orders, and job status through completion
Review incoming invoices to validate work performed and billing accuracy
Manage warranty claims
Create and process service orders
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate job details, updates, and changes clearly to customers and internal teams
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Qualifications & Core Competencies
Prior experience in construction, service department, manufactured housing preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS365, Teams, Excel, Word); ability to learn new systems
Strong phone etiquette and professional interpersonal skills
Ability to work with basic math, billing, and spreadsheets
Professional, customer focused demeanor and collaborative mindset
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Travel & Licensing Requirements
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to travel locally to customer sites and county offices as needed

Pay Range: Base salary + potential for bonus (pay offered will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity)
