We're a local company that owns and manages a growing number of buildings, from brand-new construction to walk-up apartments. We're looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Fix things residents report: plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating/cooling
- Get empty apartments ready for new residents (paint, patch, repairs)
- Keep our buildings in good shape with regular upkeep
- Meet outside contractors on site when a job needs a specialist
- Take turns being on call for emergencies (no heat, leaks, lockouts)
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall and painting (HVAC is a plus)
- Able to work on your own
- Driver's license and a reliable car (you'll drive between buildings)
- Your own basic hand tools
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
SCHEDULE
Full-time, 40 hours a week, mostly weekdays during the day. Expect busier weeks in the summer.
