We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, RELIABLE APARTMENT QUICK TURN CREW that can take responsibility for vacant units and get them CLEAN, COMPLETE, AND RENT-READY QUICKLY.
We have CONSISTENT, ONGOING WORK AVAILABLE, although volume and type of work will vary based on seasonal demands, turnover schedules, and property needs.
Work includes typical apartment turns—repairs, drywall, painting, basic plumbing/electrical, fixtures, appliances, punch-list items, and FINAL CLEANING. We want a crew that can handle the complete turn, rather than requiring us to coordinate multiple contractors.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CREW THAT:
• Has solid apartment turnover/maintenance experience
• Works quickly without sacrificing quality
• Can provide final cleaning and deliver a rent-ready unit
• Completes our turn checksheet/punch list
• Provides before-and-after photos
• Has reliable transportation and its own tools
• Carries required liability insurance, Workers' Compensation, and other applicable coverage
