Requirement: hospitality experience preferred, reliable transportation, able to get to events ON TIME.
Staffing Requested: Event Server/Waitstaff (attire Black bistro)
Event Date: November 26, 2026 (Thursday)
Event Time: 10:50 AM - 6:00 PM ( Pay: $190/shift )
*Client may give Tips/gratuities on-site, it's at the client's discretion, based on staff performance.
*YBG will award staff a bonus if we received a 5-star review from the client.
Client request:
We need help with pre-event setup, light kitchen assistance, setting out appetizers and food, keeping serving areas organized, clearing plates and glassware, loading/unloading the dishwasher, washing dishes and serving pieces as needed, taking out trash/recycling, wiping down counters and common areas, transitioning from appetizers to dinner and then dessert, packaging/storing leftovers, and post-event cleanup.
I’d also like help pouring premade drinks for guests as needed. There won’t be any bartending or cocktail mixing, just things like wine, premade sangria, and non-alcoholic beverages such as water and soda.
Dinner will be self-serve buffet style, so guests will serve themselves. The only plated meals I’d need help preparing are two plates for my elderly grandparents. Thank you!

Job Responsibilities
Bartenders
- Provide professional bartending services (TIPS required)
Waitstaff
- Assist with venue set-up and breakdown
- Arrange table settings and lines
- Serve plated meals and pass hors d’oeuvres
- Operate buffet stations and replenish food items
- Clear tables, glassware, and utensils
- Assist guests with their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and return venue to its original state
