APARTMENT TURNOVER CLEANER / JANITOR – INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (BERWYN)

Busy, established property management company with properties in Berwyn and throughout the Chicagoland area is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented independent contractor for apartment turnover cleaning. The primary work is preparing vacant apartments for incoming residents.
This is an independent contractor opportunity — NOT an employee position.
Most work is in Berwyn and the western suburbs, including Oak Park, Forest Park and Schiller Park, with some Chicago locations. Additional work may also be available in Evanston for someone able to service that area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Can work in the United States
- Speak, read, write and text in English
- Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license/ins
- Available evenings and weekends when necessary
- Strong availability from the 25th through the 2nd of each month, our busiest turnover period (Note this is seasonal though.)
- Experience with detailed apartment turnover cleaning
- Take before-and-after photos of each job
- Complete a cleaning checklist confirming all required items are completed
- Dependable and able to complete apartments on schedule
- Must be able to provide work references
-This is fast paced work and each turn over needs to be completed as quickly as possible
Occasional additional janitorial/cleaning work may also be available.
