I run a small ecommerce business and I'm looking for one reliable person to help me prep inventory. This is ongoing part-time work, not a one-time gig.
What the work looks like:
- Unboxing new product as it arrives
- Poly bagging, bubble wrapping, and applying barcode labels
- Bundling and boxing items for shipment into Amazon warehouses
- Packing and labeling individual customer orders (merchant fulfilled)
- Keeping counts accurate and the workspace organized
No prior Amazon experience needed. What matters way more is that you follow instructions exactly and consistently. Every unit has to be labeled and packed the same way every time — mistakes here cost me real money, so attention to detail is the whole job.
Details:
- $22/hour to start, paid weekly
- Room to earn more once you're trained up and I can trust the work
- Hours are flexible, 5-7 hours a week to start, likely growing
- Work happens at my location in [neighborhood/area] to start. Down the road I'm open to an arrangement where you work out of your own space, but we'd need to build up to that.
- You must live close by. If you're more than about [20] minutes out, this won't be a fit long term.
To apply, reply with:
1. Your first name and what part of town you're in
2. Your general availability (days/times)
3. Anything relevant — warehouse, shipping, retail, assembly line, or just "I'm detail-oriented and I show up"
4. Put the word BOXES in your reply so I know you read the whole post
I'll respond to everyone who follows those four steps. Thanks for reading.
