Unfortunately, I need a bigger truck to pull an inheritance around (ya. A boat. Very excited). So I have to sell my Ranger. Unfortunate because I have an embarrassing amount of money in it. Money I have no hope of recovering.
It was originally a 3.0/auto extended cab truck with automatic hubs. It popped the engine the first time I drove it to work because it had a lazy temp sensor.
It had 232k miles on it when I bought it.
I installed a camcraft cams grind, ceramic jba headers, and a Davis coil pack when I did the work. It runs like a beast. Well, a beast with a 3.0.

The bad-
The windshield is cracked. I know a guy and I’ll have him put one in for the right deal.
It has a/c, but it’s not installed. I have the right belt, the compressor and a brand new hose. A new receiver dryer and some Freon and it’s good. I just don’t use a/c enough.
Dash lights and cruise control inop I just haven’t taken time to diag yet.
Check engine light. Codes are for both egr low flow and egr high flow detected. I suspect that the headers and the oreilly flow sensor aren’t playing nice. I’m fixing this next week.
The headliner has a couple of wrinkles. Fun fact. A headliner is a two or three person job. Not one guy with a couple of wobble pops in him on a breezy day. Who knew?
Some of the plastic trim is showing its 30 year old experience.
I have meticulous record of everything done since I bought it with 232k miles. Including most fuel burned. It has 249k now
I’m open to offers. And I’ll take a tool cabinet as part trade. Minimum 18” deep though
